Registrations for classes can be made online via mobile devices, laptops, or desktop computers on our website, communityed.myhatchets.org. The website will default to tomahawkwi.myrec.com. Once you're on the website, create a household account for you and your family members to register for program offerings with ease. If a class is full, there is a waitlist that will be monitored by the Program Coordinator. You will be notified if you are added to a class that you are on a waitlist for.
We prefer online registration since snail mail does not guarantee an individual's seat for a program, but we also offer pre-registration online for those who want to drop off or mail-in payments.
Another option is our Class Registration Form, which is a printable PDF form for those who want to drop off or mail-in payments. This is the least preferred method of registration due to the lack of specificity on the generic form. If you don't have a printer, you can pick up this form at the School District of Tomahawk during school day hours, and drop off payment. Mail-in payment information is listed on this registration form.

Inclement Weather Policy
If the School District of Tomahawk closes due to inclement weather, Community Education Programs will be canceled. The Program Coordinator will notify registrants of the cancellation as soon as possible, and registrants will be refunded.
General Cancellations
Programs may need to be canceled due to an instructor being ill, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Program Coordinator will notify registrants of the cancellation as soon as possible, and registrants will be refunded.
Refund Policy
Community Education Programs may need to be canceled due to low registration/enrollment or inclement weather, which would result in a refund. All other refunds for registrants will only be allowed if made before the program's registration deadline. Full Refund Policy
