What does it mean to be Life Ready?
Students at THS have many options to achieve their post-high school goals. We support all students in being "Life Ready."
Being life ready means more than earning a diploma — it means graduating with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to thrive in whatever path a student chooses, whether that's college, the military, an apprenticeship, technical training, or entering the workforce directly. Employers consistently report that soft skills — the interpersonal and behavioral strengths that shape how someone works — matter as much or more than technical knowledge, with communication and critical thinking/problem-solving ranking as the most valued traits in hiring decisions. At THS, we believe every student's definition of "ready" looks different, and our programs are designed to build both the academic foundation and the human skills students need to succeed anywhere they go.
